Not every woman is the same. Many women need clitoral stimulation to orgasm. However, not every woman is able to cum when they receive oral sex. KIVIN is a method that promises every woman to peak in just minutes.
What is the KIVIN-method?
KIVIN is a technique for giving oral sex to women (cunnilingus), in which the giving party does not sit directly in front of the receiving party, but sideways. Instead of licking up and down, you should lick the clitoris from side to side.
The KIVIN method is featured on various sex websites and even on some porn sites. It is said to be first mentioned in a 2003 article entitled ‘Sex Week at Yale‘.
But the KIVIN method is much older and in tantra it is known as the ‘Tahitian cunnilingus’. Captain William Bligh already saw in 1770 that oral sex was widely used in Tahiti, both among men and women. William Ellis also wrote in the early 19th century about the ‘pagan sexual practices’ of the Haitians and Polynesian culture. However, some argue that sex therapist Patti Britton, was the first to suggest the idea at a conference in Paris in 2001.
A search in the internet archive takes us to a now-deleted website, where it is claimed that Mr. Kivin had discovered the so-called C and K points. This website – which was mainly intended to promote a book about the KIVIN method – also refers to the work of Patti Britton. Incidentally, the K-spot is the place above your tailbone and the C-spot is literally the clitoris.
Regardless, despite all the vague references and dubious claims, the KIVIN method is well worth a try.
How to KIVIN?
So, instead of sitting between your partner’s legs, sit or lie down next to your partner.
Then the giver places the index finger and thumb on either side of the clitoris and releases it. Now lick the tongue from side to side, instead of from top to bottom.
With the other hand, place a finger on the perineum. That is the ‘bridge’ between the vagina and the anus. That is perhaps the greatest innovation of the KIVIN method. Because this means that the giver does not have to ask if he or she is doing a good job. With the finger on the perineum, the giver feels whether the recipient’s muscles are starting to contract. That way you know if you are licking properly. This finger therefore always stays in this place without moving, otherwise it would only distract.
It can be a bit awkward at first, and you may have to find the best position. Where do you put your hands, how do you position her leg? It is best to apply the KEVIN method by bending over the leg of the receiver as a giver. One hand goes over the leg. This clears the clitoris from the clitoris cap. The other hand goes under the leg, stimulating the perineum.
Another position is that in which the receiver lifts the legs until the knees touch the chest. The giver can rest the legs and support with the arm. In this way, the receiver can spread the legs a little further and give better access.
A few years ago someone on Reddit made the drawing on the right to explain how to do this.
Orgasm in less than 3 minutes
According to various experts, 60% of women have a more intense orgasm faster. Most women would even cum within three to five minutes.
Many women report that they have difficulty getting over the edge during oral sex. As a result, oral sex can sometimes take a long time, sometimes even without success. But with the KIVIN method you hit a larger part of the clitoris and especially the sensitive sides, which makes you come faster.
But does it really work?
As said, it would work in 60% of women. At the same time, that means that it would not work at 40%. So success is certainly not guaranteed.
This also means that the giving party still has to keep looking for what works. The KIVIN method can be a new trick in your toolbox. It may not work for all women, but why not try it? After all, any variation is worth trying.
