What makes this role play exciting?
Do you ever go to a gym? Then you have probably noticed that that is the place to be physical. Moreover, physical exercises can considerably improve your performance in the bedroom. Endurance, muscle strength and flexibility are essential for a long during sex. And that tight sport outfit doesn’t really look that bad on you, now does it?
A role play between a personal trainer and the client can be excellent if your partner is of the same sex too. And it works in both a romantic and a BDSM-like setting.
Tips for an exciting role play
In this role play, one of you plays the personal trainer and the other the client. Make sure you wear sporty clothes and that you have some sporty ‘props’ at hand. A yoga mat and some weights may be enough, but with a fitness ball you also have the ultimate sex toy for endless positions.
Let your partner do exercises that will put him or her in ‘compromising’ positions. Think of buttock exercises (squats), back muscle exercises (bending forward), chest muscle exercises (don’t forget to feel whether the muscles are flexed sufficiently), etc.
Focus on the cool-down and stretching. Let your partner lie on the mat and help to bend and stretch the legs. Support the ‘painful’ muscles and massage them if necessary. You can also do some yoga exercises.
