Role playing can brake the routine in the bedroom like noting else. It is exciting to act like you are a (fictional) character. Place yourself in a completely new setting and go for it. For example, by acting to be a real estate agent, or a slum lord, that welcomes a tenant or potential buyer for a tour around the property.
What makes it exciting?
Imagine getting a tour around some luxurious apartment or mansion by a very hot realtor. That agent is sharply dressed and has some really smooth talk. He or she shows you all the best places to have sex.
The relationship between a real estate agent and the client is distant on the one hand, but the agent does have to seduce the client to buy. And as a client, you want to be clever in order to reduce the price. On top of it all, the realtor and the client are complete strangers.
And, who knows, it is even possible to pay the rent or the deposit in flesh and blood? All of this makes this role playing game some kind of powerplay. But who is on the upper hand?
Tips for an exciting role playing game
For the real estate agent: You are about to welcome a client that you will give a tour around (your own) house. Make sure everything is cleaned up. But maybe not too good. Perhaps, if you are going to demonstrate that giant flat screen TV, accidentally – uh oh – it is tuned to a porn channel?! And did the current owner left some sex toys lying around?
Or are you the slumlord and you show around that poor student? Son’t you think the rent can be a little lower if the future tenant shows some flexibility as well?
For the buyer / tenant: That real estate agent is hot! You wouldn’t mind waking up next to that sweet thing. Can you seduce him or her to show you the best places in the house to have sex? The bedroom is so cliché. And perhaps you can perswade him or her to give you some discount?
This is also a big opportunity to have a threesome. Don’t just show up as a buyer, but bring your ‘partner’. After all, together you stand strong.
Shopping list
Make sure you are dressed sharp. As a realtor, take along a notebook, or a measuring tape. Ensure the house smells nice, by burning some scented massage candles in strategic places.
Or be really naughty and scatter around an exciting and surprising new sex toy. That should get the conversation going.
