Womanizer launched the Delight Box. It is the ideal present, if you ask me. The Delight Box contains a Womanizer Starlet (value  €69,99) and a mini wand vibrator with double function (comparable products cost something like €79.95). On top of that you get Glide lube and Toy & Body cleaner (together worth something like €16). The good thing is, it ‘only’ costs €129,-. Value for money!

The Womanizer Delight Box has a luxurious appearance. The box is made of thick carton, has a silver and white finish and a magnetic closure. This makes it great as a gift, but you can also use the box to store your toys. When you open the box, the different parts have their own compartment in grey foam. I was really surprised by the price. But the big question is: Is it any good?

Womanizer Starlet

The big star of the box is of course the Womanizer Starlet. It is one of two new products Womanizer launched earlier this year. After the company sold their one millionth (!!) Womanizer, they decided to come up with a smaller and cheaper version. I am already a big fan of the other Womanizers (although the Womanizer 2Go was a case of ‘bummer’ to be honest).

The Womanizer Starlet sits in a tiny box within the Delight Box, which made me unaware of it even containing a Womanizer. The Starlet in the Delight Box is also finished with silver and white and he is really cute and small (just little over 8 cm). The ‘head’ is just as big as that of the other models. The box also contains a small USB charging cable.

The Starlet has only one button. That means you can’t push plus or minus to switch between intensities. You can only scroll to the next intensity. When you hold the button for a three seconds, it will switch off. Bit of a bummer. The Starlet has 6 positions, which is a lot less when compared to the Womanizer Pro (8 positions) or the Plus Size (12 positions). But, no worries, the results are just as good as you expect.

Yes, the Starlet is a little small, but that doesn’t make it any less fun. Because of its size and weight, it is quite easy to clamp it between your legs of you can even ‘hide’ it in your panties to masturbate (without even using your hands).

What is a pity is that the Starlet is only splash proof. That means you can’t take it into the bathtub and you won’t be able to clean it under running water. Fortunately, the head is detachable and can be cleaned easily under the tab. You can clean the rest with a soft and wet cloth.

Sweet Smile Vibrator

The slightly bigger box in the Delight Box contains a so called ‘Sweet Smile’ vibrator. This is a mini wand vibrator that can also be used as a normal vibrator. The head of the wand part is made of soft silicon. It is finished with soms sort of chrome. The Sweet Smile made me think of the Sway Vibes.

The Sweet Smile is slightly curved, which makes it fit nicely in my hands. There are three buttons that are placed ergonomically in the middle. Whether you use it as a wand vibrator or a normal vibrator, the buttons are always easy to reach. The middle button is an on/off switch. The button on top is used to control the motor of the wand vibrator and the lowest button controles the normal vibrator.

Just like with the de Sway Vibes I have one major issue with this model. If you use the normal vibrator for deep penetration, the buttons and charge connector will go inside you. I would not recommend that. The vibrations of the normal vibrator are not very strong.

The other side is a completely different story. The wand vibrator has pretty strong vibrations, that feel nice and buzzy. Of course it is no match for the Doxy 3, but still pretty decent.

Just Glide lube (100 ml)

Just Glide is a premium brand personal lube. The flask contains 100 ml water based lube, without odor, taste or color. That makes it a lube that you can also use in combination with oral sex. It is a safe lube without parabene or glycerine. The lube is quite thick, so you don’t have to reapply it very often and this also makes it suitable for anal use.

I am a lazy type and that is why I never use toy cleaner. As far as I am concerned, it’s just a waste of money. With some soft soap, a piece of cloth and some warm water you can manage. And with that same piece of cloth (OK, a new clean one) you can also wash your body. But, it was in the box, so why not use it? It smells fresh and it does make your toys clean easily.

Now, I am not the type that reads lists of ingredients of the products I use and I can’t be bored with the presence of peculiar substances. If you are such a person, you could make a complete study of the packaging of this product. At least, I wouldn’t recommend the use of it on your most intimate parts.

Final judgement

I truly believe you get a lot of value for money with the Womanizer Delight Box. It is ideal as a gift for someone who doesn’t have any sex toys yet. The Womanizer Starlet is a great device anyway and combined with the Sweet Smile it is good for hours of intimate pleasure, solo or with a partner. The lube is a great addition and you can never have enough lube. The toy & body cleaner however is a ‘nice to have’, but I wouldn’t use it as a body cleaner.

If you already have a Womanizer or a wand vibrator, this gift box is not for you, because it doesn’t have much added value.
