In case you’re wondering what that means; the occupants of the room in question are thereby indicating that they are open to dating another couple. Indeed, it is a sign that they are swingers.
Why an upside-down pineapple?
If you see an upside-down pineapple on a room door, it means that the room’s occupants are actively looking for other couples to engage in partner swapping.
