I have never made it a secret that I am a big fan of Tenga masturbators. So when Tenga came out with a vibrator that allows you to vibrate a Tenga Cup, I was the – proverbial – one to test it out.

What is a Tenga Cup Vibrator?

It’s actually very simple: Tenga Cup Vibrator is a U-shaped thing that you can click onto your Tenga Cup. With a simple button, you can then vibrate your Tenga Cup. And it does so in 7 different vibration modes. Handy, right?

Maybe just this: a Tenga Cup is a masturbator that you can insert a penis to masturbate with. It has a soft inside and a hard sleeve. The soft inside is already lubricated. Unboxing

Tenga sent me a package that contained the Tenga Cup Vibrator and a Tenga vacuum cup. Strangely, this version is not for sale in the European Tenga store. However, other packages are for sale there. For now, the vibrator cannot be ordered separately, only together with some Tenga Cups.

The package I received has a window where you can see the Tenga Cup and a picture of the tenga cup with a Tenga Cup Vibrator. On the back, in my case, was a sticker with English-language information.

Inside the package was the Tenga Cup, the Tenga Cup Vibrator, a small manual and a USB-C charging cable.

The test drive

I am, of course, already familiar with the Tenga Cups. And I love those things (just read my reviews). I have had some mixed experiences with vibrating masturbators. You see, the problem is usually that the material the masturbators are made of (usually TPE) absorbs the vibrations. You understand, I was on one hand delighted by this new innovation, but on the other hand skeptical.

Attaching the Tenga Cup Vibrator is very simple and you can easily do it even with one hand. Just a matter of pushing the thing onto the cup. Then you open the cup and remove the little sticker that seals the valve hole and you are ready to go.

The controls are very simple. There is only one little button on it. Hold that down for a few seconds and then you start on the slow constant mode. Each time you press the little button, you go to the next setting. And with a few seconds held down, the thing turns off again.

I must say that the vibrations do not disappoint. They may not be extremely deep, but they still give a new sensation for using vacuum cups. Using a Tenga vacuum cup has always been nice and now it has become even a level more nicer.

The only drawback is that the vibration does produce some noise due to the hard sleeve. Not extremely much, but still just enough to not be very discreet.

Cleaning

The Tenga Cup Vibrator is not waterproof. That means you can’t rinse it off under the tap. In itself, that’s not a big problem because the thing basically won’t get very dirty. With a damp cloth (such as a washcloth), you can easily clean it.

Conclusion

If you’re already a fan of Tenga Cups, you’ll find this a great addition. If you’re not yet familiar with Tenga Cups, but you do have a penis (or you have a partner with a penis), then it’s high time you tried one! Either way, Tenga Cup = awesome, Tenga Cup + Tenga Cup Vibrator = extra awesome!

• Decent vibrations that offer something extra over the already great Tenga Cups
• Usable with most Tenga Cups (a few extra large or extra small models excluded)
• Rechargeable and long lasting use
• Simple operation

The CONS:

• Pretty noisy and thus not very discreet
• Not waterproof, so cannot be used in the shower or bathtub
