‘Sway’ literally means ‘to rock’ and that is exactly what this vibrator brand says it has in mind; It wants to make the user move sensually to the vibrations of these toys. The brand has been around for several years and recently expanded its range with this mini wand vibrator. “If we would like to test it”, the girl from EasyToys asked. Well we did! Just because we were also very enthusiastic of their the Sway Vibes No. 1 (link is in Dutch) at the time.

What is the Sway Vibes No. 4 actually?

The Sway Vibes No. 4 is a small wand vibrator with an ergonomic and stylish design. The ‘neck’ is flexible so that the head can somewhat wobble.

You operate the Sway Vibes No. 4 with only two buttons: an on / off button and a button to go through the different modes. There are three continuous positions of different strengths and seven different patterns.

Furthermore, this mini wand vibrator is completely covered with silicone and the thing is waterproof. The Sway Vibes No. 4 weighs only 380 grams. You charge it with an included USB cable.

Unboxing the Sway Vibes No. 4

The Sway Vibes No. 4 comes in a luxury package, which perfectly matches the indulging that the brand promises. If you remove the cardboard packaging, you are left with a nice black box that you could use as a storage box on its own. Fortunately, it also has a satin storage pouch, so you don’t have to spend as much space in your bedside table.

Furthermore, the box contains a USB charging cable and a manual (also in Englich).

The test drive

This is a really nice vibrator. Very beautifully finished, and a luxurious appearance. If you check out the Sway Vibes No. 4, a few things stand out.

First of all, the silver-colored band around the head. Although that is a very nice detail (but seriously!), these kinds of details are sometimes also a source of bacteria.

The silicone feels wonderfully soft, but is a bit static, so it attracts a little dust and hair. So before use, first wipe it clean with a (damp) cloth.

The Sway Vibes No. 4 was not charged when it came out of the box. You should first fully charge the battery for 2 hours, in order to be able to play with it for 90 minutes.

Another striking feature is the ergonomic design. The thing lies perfectly in the hand due to the curvature in the handle.

And then that stem. Here I was a little confused. You see, that Sway Vibes No.1 has two motors so you can use it as a wand vibrator as well as a rod vibrator. And the end of the stem of the Sway Vibes No. 4 looks like it is meant to penetrate. Still, the No. 4 ‘just’ has one motor. A shame, because now you can only use the stem as a dildo (which is not at all wrong by the way).

And then the operation. I have to be honest, I think it could be improved. You switch the Sway Vibes No. 4 on by pressing the power button for a few seconds. The buttons will then flash. Then you can go through the positions with the other button. Each time you press you go to the next position. So there is no ‘back’ button. We (my partner and I) especially like the continuous vibrations and especially want to vary with them. But if you want to go back from position 3 (the hardest vibrations) to position 2 (medium vibrations), then you have to go through all the patterns first.

But, … the vibrations are completely great. They may not be as intense as those of a ‘big’ wand vibrator, but strong enough to provide an intense orgasm. And despite the strong vibrations, it is also very quiet.

Cleaning

Lube and bodily fluids can easily build up between the transition of the silicone and that silver colored edge. Fortunately, the Sway Vibes No. 4 completely waterproof, so you can just rinse it under the tap and even submerge it completely. I recommend that you pay some extra attention to that edge, for example by scrubbing it off with a washcloth. You can of course also use some toy cleaner.

Conclusie

The Sway Vibes No. 4 is a very nice and luxurious mini wand vibrator with seriously good vibrations. This is a perfect toy for solo use on the clitoris or frenulum (glans), or as a couple during sex, or in combination with other toys. The stem can also be used as a dildo (unfortunately not as a vibrator).
