During Australian Fashion Week, models on the catwalk sported sex toys as fashion accessories that complemented their barely-there clothing and see-through lingerie. Karla Špetic’s models, for example, wore finger vibrators as jewellery.
Is it a ring? Or is it a sex toy?
At Australian Fashion Week, models wore sex toys that could at first be mistaken for eccentric jewellery. But the attentive people in the audience could see that the models were wearing Lovehoney toys. By doing so, Spetic wanted to convey that the models are strong women with a lot of self-confidence.
The toys were matched to the colours of the models’ clothes, so that they complemented the design.
On display were a number of finger vibrators. These are small bullet vibrators that can be attached to a finger like a ring.
“My main goal of partnering with Lovehoney is to empower and give women more confidence through fashion and fun. The Lovehoney range available is aesthetically tailored to both the shapes and colours of our new Oasis SS23 collection and I am super excited,” Karla said of the show.
The sex toys were a perfect match for the see-through clothing from Karla Spetic’s collection.
