Panthra is a new house brand from EDC – the company behind EasyToys. The range of this brand consists of 10 different toys, varying from a bullet vibrator to a powerful wand. All toys have an adventurous leopard print and – and that made us happy – a storage bag. EasyToys asked if we would like to test the Panthra Nile and the Panthra Zuna. Below you will learn what I think of the Zuna. Earlier I already tested the Panthra Nile.
What is Panthra?
Panthra Panthra is – as said – a new house brand of EDC. What makes this series special is not so much the originality of the toys, or the technology. Almost all toys resemble toys that you also find at other brands. What is special is the leopard print design and the storage bag that you get for free.
The range contains ten different toys: the Asha – Lipstick vibrator, the Zuna – couples vibrator, the Nayo – bullet vibrator, the Tania – g-string vibrator, the Maha – vibrating egg, the Nila – G-spot vibrator, the Shaka – wand vibrator, the Zane – vagina balls, the Kesia – butt plug set and the Gato – set with 8 different BDSM toys.
Specs & functies of the Panthra Zuna Couples Vibrator
The Zuna is a U-shaped couples vibrator. The idea of these types of toys is that you use them during PiV (Penis in Vagina) sex. One arm of the vibrator then goes into the vagina. The other arm touches the clitoris. Thus, both partners feel the stimulating vibrations during sex.
This vibrator is made of black soft silicone. The insertion depth is 7 cm and the diameter is about 3 cm in diameter.
Furthermore, the Zuna is completely waterproof and has 10 different positions; 3 constant vibrations and 7 patterns. You charge the Nila with the included magnetic USB cable.
Unboxing the Panthra Zuna

All Panthra toys come with a storage and / or travel bag. The Zuna comes with a bag of 10 x 15 cm, which fits the toy and the charging cord. And then there is still room for a bottle of lubricant, or toy cleaner.
So I think that’s a very pleasant idea. My biggest comment when reviewing toys is often that there is no storage bag included. As a result, I often lose the charging cables. But a bag is also nice because it just keeps your toy in good shape. It traps less dust and hair (some types of silicone are static and attract a lot of dust) and poor quality toys can also stick together. Our nightstand is a tangle of toys and cords. Bags are therefore always more than welcome.
With all Panthra toys, the packaging consists of a cardboard wrap around the bag. That cardboard has a hanging hole for display purposes in shops. I think that is just downright stupid. It gives the packaging a bit of a cheap look and that doesn’t go with an exciting leopard print at all.

The Zuna comes in a plastic bag in the storage bag. That plastic bag is for hygiene during transport. I understand that. Yet I am getting more and more annoyed by the amount of packaging material for sex toys. Manufacturers of sex toys may want to think a little more about this.
In addition to the vibrator, there is also a very brief manual and a charging cord in the bag. As far as I am concerned, that manual should have been left out, because it actually doesn’t contain much. You can do better, EDC!
The ‘test drive’
Well… You know, if you’ve never driven an Audi, BMW or Mercedes before, a Dacia is also quite a nice car. We kinda had that feeling with the Zuna. See, you get what you pay for. The Zuna looks nice. Quite a bit naughty and exciting because of that leopard print and all. The material (silicone) feels nice and the fit is good. Nothing at all wrong with that. The magnetic charging system is also very nice (strange actually that not all Panthra toys have this way of charging). Furthermore, the operation is very straightforward. Nothing to criticize at all. Certainly not for that money! The cheapest We Vibe couples vibrator quickly costs € 35 more (and their top model is even more than € 150 more expensive!).
However, the performance is not comparable to the more expensive toys from premium brands. The vibrations of the Zuna are a bit more “buzzing” and the constant vibration modes are hardly distinguishable from each other. The Zuna also lacks the adjustable arm of the We Vibe Chorus, for example. You also miss a remote control. The Zuna is in between both parties during use. Imagine for a moment that she has the Zuna in her and that the partner is lying on top of her in a missionary position. Then it is difficult to change the position of the Zuna in the heat of the moment. And you mainly want to use these types of toys in the missionary position. In any other position you have to hold the thing in place with one hand.
Conclusion
The Panthra Zuna is quite a decent toy. Especially if you have never experienced another couples vibrator and you want to know if such type of toy is something for you. The Zuna misses the “ROAR” of a panther, if you ask me. It’s more like a kitten’s purr. Also nice, but not comparable to the power of the (much more expensive) pairing vibrators from premium brands such as We Vibe or LELO. But if you’ve never used a pairing vibrator before, and don’t want to spend too much money to find out if this is for you, the Panthra Zuna is a safe choice.
