A few years ago I had the opportunity to review some products from the Dutch company OhYes. I was quite enthusiastic about them back then. After that OhYes hasn’t stood still. The website has been completely renewed and they also have some very nice new toys. And we got to review a few of them again. We start with the OhYes Pulse.
What is the OhYes Pulse?
The OhYes Pulse is a G-spot vibrator and an air pressure toy in one. The thick G-spot part goes into the vagina and the air pressure part goes against the clitoris. The G-spot part can vibrate in 10 different modes and patterns. The air pressure part can also suck in 10 different modes and patterns. Both parts can be operated separately from each other. So you have 10 x 10 = 100 different modes to pamper yourself with.
As you can see from the pictures, the OhYes Pulse has a “U” shape. In the middle, the device is completely flexible, allowing you to bend it into the most ergonomic shape for you.
The Pulse is available in beige and purple.

Unboxing
My partner (female) and I (male) became very happy upon unpacking the OhYes Pulse. Immediately we got the feeling: ‘OhYes understands how to do it’! The packaging gives enough basic information and the product is visible behind a window.

But what made us especially happy is how silky smooth the OhYes Pulse feels and that it comes with a storage pouch! Without even turning the Pulse on for a second, we knew this might become one of our favorite toys.
The test drive
OhYes recommends charging the toy before first use. Yeah, see, of course we don’t feel like doing that at all! The battery is charged enough upon arrival to take it for a test drive, so that’s what we do.

The OhYes Pulse is a very handy and flexible little device. Its operation is extremely simple. If you hold down one of the buttons for a few seconds, it vibrates once. It is then in standby mode. You can tell because a red light comes on. This is another detail that makes us happy. Because once you have the toy in use, the buttons are out of sight. Now you can put it in standby first, apply lube, insert and position it and only then turn on the in the most tentative mode. Well thought out!
One button then controls the air pressure. Each time you press the button you go to the next setting. The other button controls the vibrations of the G-spot vibrator. The vibrations are very decent. Especially in the patterns there are pretty deep vibrations, but they are not extremely deep or hard. The suction (according to my partner) is very pleasant. Not too hard, but just pleasant. Especially the combination of vibrations and clitoral stimulation with air pressure are good for an overwhelming orgasm (in my partner).
What I like as a man is that it is a toy that is also great to use together. Some competing toys are more focused on solo use, which is fun for my partner, but less fun for me. The OhYes Pulse is fine to use in an intimate play together.
Cleaning
Cleaning is a breeze because the OhYes Pulse is waterproof. Just rinse under the hot tap and then dry thoroughly before storing it back in the pouch.
Conclusion
The OhYes Pulse is a very nicely designed toy that is very comfortable to hold. It is a toy that is great for solo use if you have a vagina and a clitoris, but is also user-friendly enough to use together (if your partner is open to it). If you are looking for a toy that combines penetration and G-spot stimulation with air pressure, I would definitely consider this one. Get rid of your Tarzan, get a Pulse!
The PROS of the OhYes Pulse:
- Silky soft and body-safe silicone
- Flexible (and therefore ergonomic)
- Whisper quiet
- Two separate motors (10 positions each) controlled with 2 buttons in an ergonomic position
- Magnetically rechargeable with included USB cable
- Reasonable vibrations and good suction
- Easy to clean
- Waterproof
- A storage pouch! But really, how nice is that!
- Very pleasantly priced too
The CONS:
- Because of its simplicity in operation, you do always have to press all the way through the entire range of modes to get back to the beginning. Going back to the previous setting – because it was so nice – is not an option (but is that really a problem?).
I received the OhYes Pulse from OhYes in exchange for an honest review. The OhYes Pulse is available at OhYes and at Bol.com.
