A while ago, I received a box full of fun toys from the sympathetic Dutch brand OhYes. I already reviewed a nice set of buttplugs, a vibrating couples ring, their premium 4-piece silicone buttplug set and their warming Rabbit Vibrator. Lastly, they also included a set of three metal buttplugs. You can read my review of them below.
What is the premium 3-piece metal butt plug set?
This is a set of three metal buttplugs that differ in size. All three are made of beautifully finished metal and all three have a transparent crystal stone. You can use the buttplugs during sex, or as a preparation for anal sex. With the three different sizes, you can choose the size you like most, or you can try to push your limits with them.
The smallest butt plug has a diameter of Ø2.7 cm and a length of 7 cm. The middle one measures Ø3,5 cm in diameter and 8,5 cm in length. The largest has the dimensions Ø4 cm diameter – 9,5 cm length (lengths include the stone).
The set is also available with a stone in another colour. In total, 6 different colours are available.
Unboxing
The set comes in a black box with a printed cardboard sleeve. The cover contains clear descriptions and all the necessary information (such as material, size, etc). The black box can be used to store the set, if you like.
In the box, each butt plug comes in its own velvet storage pouch. This way, you can easily and discreetly store them after use and prevent any damage. Each butt plug was additionally wrapped for transport.
On the box is also a QR code that you can scan for more information. If you scan it, you get to a page where you can leave your email address. If you do, you will receive an email with a link to a ‘Buttplug Beginners Guide’. This is a pdf file with tips in Dutch on how to use these buttplugs, covering topics from ‘the first time’ to cleaning. Handy!
The test drive
These buttplugs are really very beautiful. The nice thing about metal buttplugs is that you can use silicone-based lubricant. This type of lubricant lasts longer and therefore you need to use less of it. Another advantage of metal is that it is nice and heavy. This gives you even more of a feeling of being filled. And a third advantage is that it is very easy to clean. Metal does not take on any colour or odour and you can even boil it or put it in the dishwasher.
Because of the drop shape, these buttplugs are easy to insert. What I really like is that the smallest buttplug is really small and therefore very suitable for beginners. Also the difference between the smallest and the middle one is not too big. That’s why you can build up the getting used to it. Start with the smallest one and once you are used to it, put in the bigger butt plug. The biggest one requires you to be sufficiently relaxed and excited. But don’t go beyond your limits. Does it hurt? Then stop and try again later (or not, as you like).
Conclusion
This is a really fine set of three very nice metal buttplugs. I can recommend anyone (regardless of gender or orientation) who wants to use buttplugs to consider this set.
