Even before I opened it, I decided to do some research. Turns out, Lockink is a brand that comes from China, but makes very un-Chinese-gorgeous (is that a word?) BDSM items. Their assortment includes a whole range of nipple clamps,as well as leather cuffs, gags, bondage sets, masks and whips. All items are all modern, interesting and sleekly ‘less-is-more’ designed and made of nice solid materials.

So what is the Lockink adjustable nipple clamp with light pendant?

This set consists of two diamond-shaped nipple clamps made of gold nickel-free metal and a pendant. The nipple clamps are easily adjusted by a small wheel. This allows you to tighten them as tight as you want (and still like).

You can actually use the set in two ways. First, you can also use the nipple clamps as earrings and the pendant as a necklace. But of course, you can also use them as a toy, to tease the nipples. And that pendant? Aha! You can thread it through the clamps. The pendant then acts as a weight that lightly pulls on the nipples! And if that’s not hard enough for you, then of course your partner can pull a little extra.

Unboxing

This set comes in a very nice black box with only the Lockink logo on it. Only on the back in tiny lettering it says that it contains adjustable nipple clamps with a light pendant.

Upon opening the box, I was initially slightly disappointed. Even though the manufacturer had made a foam bed with cutouts for the clamps and chain, they had come loose during transport. So they were not neatly and beautifully displayed in front of me, but rather a bit disheveled loose in the box. Moreover, the clamps themselves were – for hygienic reasons? – shrink-wrapped with double-sided tape to keep them in place. Well, that didn’t work out nicely, and on top of that, that tape made it damned hard to get the plastic off the clamps. It seriously took me almost 10 minutes to get that plastic off. So tip: should you want to give this set as a gift, be sure to remove the plastic and check that they are tidy in the box.

The test drive

Anyway. After this initial disappointment when unboxing, my partner (wife) and I quickly became excited. Because – fair is fair – this is quite a nice and versatile set. We’ve had adjustable nipple clamps before, but it must be said of this one that the adjustment really works very well. The wheel turns easily and not at all stiffly, and yet the clamp stays firmly in place when you tighten it.

The clamps also work well as jewelry. If you wanted to, you could clamp them on your earlobe as an earring. But who wants that!

You can also thread the clamps onto the chain and wear them as jewelry. That way you have them with you, just in case … so to speak.

Or you can put the necklace on when you wear the clamps under your clothes, to give your partner a signal (“look, I’m wearing them!”).

And indeed, you can also thread the chain through the clamps as an extra weight. Of course, 12 grams is not a lot, but it is just enough for a little extra ‘oomphf’. Should it still not be enough, Lockink also has a variant with a slightly heavier pendant.

If you have never used nipple clamps before, my tip is to first make the nipples hard by gently pinching or twisting them with your fingers. Or by letting your partner lick or suck on them.

Conclusion

Lockink is a brand with very nice contemporary BDSM goodies. These nipple clamps with pendant are a true piece of jewelry, best worn when you go to a club (together). Or just in the bedroom. I (we) recommend this set for both beginners who have never bought nipple clamps before, as well as for advanced users, who are looking for a good and nice set.
