Do you share the same feeling, that whenever you see a picture of a prostate vibrator, you have no clue on how big that thing is, let alone that you have any idea how that would fit inside of your butt? Well, I do. It is one of those things that makes online shopping for prostate vibrators quite difficult. EasyToys send me their Dynamic Duke in exchange for an honest review and my conclusion is that this is a fine thing for a beginner.
Unboxing
As I am starting to get used to, EasyToys sealed the package of the Dynamic Duke. This way, it get’s to your home undamaged. When you peal of the seal and open the box, the device is sleeping in a transparent shaped inner box. The back of the package shows that there are three variants of the Dynamic Duke.
The Dynamic Duke that I tested is the so called ‘Ribbed’. It is a relatively small vibrating anal plug that is meant for prostate (or P-spot) stimulation. It is about 10 cm long in total, but only 8 cm will go into your behind. In my case that is about as long as my index finger. in je achterste. Dat is in mijn geval ongeveer net zo diep als mijn middelvinger lang is. The girth is only 2,3 cm at its thickest point, which is about the girth of a finger. So, come on, everybody should be able to handle that!
What strikes me immediately, is that it is made of silicone that feels soft and nice. On top of that, it is waterproof and that is just as well, because this boy is going with me under the shower!
Its top is slightly bend, and has some kind of little brush made of softe little knobs. At the basis is a thickening, that is also ribbed and that will go against the perineum (that part between the scrotum and your anus).
Further more the Dynamic Duke has a ienieminy little push button to switch it on or off at the bottom, enabling it to vibrate at a single speed. Well, at least ….
Help, my vibrator is pregnant!
When I push that small button, nothing happens. If I keep it next to my ear, I do hear a soft ‘click’. But there seems to be no opening for a battery, or any way to open this thing up. There is also no user manual in the package – which makes sense to me – therefor my premature judgement is: Dead on Arrival. Nothing to do about it. So be it.
Because I have nothing to lose, I decide to put some brute force on to it. And it turns out that my Dynamic Duke is pregnant. A small bullet vibrator is hidden inside. With some strength I managed to push the bullet through the tiny whole of the push button (2 mm). It feels like it is giving birth. You can almost hear him moan. Finally, I am able to screw off the top of the bullet, to discover that there is a piece of paper, that protects the batteries from running out. They might have told me that!
The ‘test drive’
When I push the Dynamic Duke in, I sometimes accidentally switch it on. That was not the intention. Hold your horses! With just a small drop of lube, the Dynamic Duke enters easily. The vibrations are soft humming, but nice and present. Unfortunately, I can hardly feel the vibrations against my perineum.
The smaller size of this anal vibrator is great for inserting, but when I flex my sphincter in an attempt to push it in, I squeeze it out unintentionally. To prevent that, I use my ‘spare hand’ to keep it in its place.
The Dynamic Duke is nice. Not overwhelming, not extremely present, nor mind blowing, but nice. As an additional stimulation it certainly helps to achieve a good orgasm.
Conclusion
This Dynamic Duke – the Ribbed one – is the smallest of the three. Its size makes it very easy to insert and that makes it a perfect P-spot vibrator for beginners.
The advantages of the Dynamic Duke Ribbed:
- Soft siliconen
- Very easy to insert
- Nice soft vibrations
- Easy to operate
- Not extreme or intimidating
- Waterproof (it can come along under the shower or in bath)
- Easy to clean under the tab
- Affordable
The weak points:
- No user manual that tells you how to unlock or change the batteries
- Doesn’t stay at its place and is therefor not fit for handsfree use
- No apparent vibrations at the perineum
- The brush at the top is barely noticable
In short, this is a nice little prostate vibrator for beginners, and not at all expensive.
