Anal sex always looks so damn hot in movies. But how to go about? NBRplaza teaches you how to have anal sex in four easy steps.
We can’t stress it enough; Even though you may have used an enema to prevent dirtyness sticking to fingers, sex toys and penises, there will still be loads of bacteria in your rectum. Those bacteria can cause serious infections if they wind up in a place they don’t belong (like the vagina). So, never EVER stick things in a vagina that have been in an anus, without properly cleaning it. Before you know it, the owner of said vagina will have a urinary tract infection or cystitis (and she will hate you for that). I’d like to remind you that Chinese eat with their left hand (because they wipe with their right).
And then there is blood. The gut wall can damage easily, because it is tight and contains less natural lube. Blood exchange with infected persons could increase the risk on an STD.
So as a first step: take care of hygiene and have protected sex.
2. Warming up and relaxing
Greek style, ass fucking, butt sex, going rogue … whatever you want to call it, it can be very nice. The anus is tight and the idee to penetrate the forbidden entrance is exiting. But, please take your time. First of all, you must know if your partner is ‘in to’ this type of love making. Yuo can just ask her (“hey, wanna do some ass fucking?”) but there are other ways to find out. The anus is a very sensitive spot. How does she react if you touch it carefully? Rub softly with the tip of your finger in the area around her anus, for example when you are doing it doggy style. Or, there’s no accounting for taste, also give her butt hole a treat if you are going down on her (oral sex). Does she appreciate that? If yes, then you can take it to the next step and insert the tip of your finger (apply some lube or saliva). Or, you might want to use a small anal sex toy (like anal beads). If that doesn’t scare her off, then you and your partner are ready to take it to the next level.
Don’t skimp on the lube. The anus doesn’t have a natural lubricant, so the more lube you apply, the better it is for the receiving party. If you are using a condom, then use a water based lube. If you haven’t got any lube at hand, use a lot of saliva. Try ‘rimming’ (licking the anus), if that’s your thing. If you like the idea, but don’t want to go through the effort of applying an enema: take a bath together.
Especially the first time, it is of the utmost importance to be extremely careful. We said it before. If you are big (in girth) you will have to take it slow. Your partner has to consent, you have enough lube and everything is clean. Start with a fingertip or a small toy. If the sphincter is relaxed, you can take the next step. Being big could be a real disadvantage. The anus will contract when you try to penetrate. So take it slow and communicate. Push gently to the entry, wait until the sphincter relaxes and then push some more. Don’t start to go in and out, before you have entered entirely.
Good luck and have fun!
