‘For those that would like to try something different and playfull.’ That’s what the website of PubicHairMakeover mentions. In a time where shaven sems to be the rule, this Dutch company somes with a surprisingly new product: a merkin, or pubic hair wig.
Merkin
Merkins are around since the 15th century. In those days prostitutes shaved off their pubic hair to fight crabs. But to hide that, they carried so called merkins: pubic hair wigs.
The wigs of PubicHairMakeover have a completely different goal though. They are supposed to bring fun, can be a gift to a special friend, or will add some extras to your romantic escapade.
Dutch quality product
The merkins of PubicHairMakeover are produced in The Netherlands and are all made of real hair. Each wig is hand knotted on a soft piece of tulle. There are different models available.
They will be delivered discretely, including fasteners. You can attach and remove the wigs easily, so you can use them endlessly. Glue and other accessories like T-shirts are also available.
