What is a prostate massager, or P-spot massager?

The prostate is an organ that produces a number of excipients that are added to semen. About 20% to 30% of semen fluid comes from the prostate. You can feel the prostate if you run your fingers several inches into your anus. It is a piece of spongy tissue somewhat like a walnut. The prostate is also called the P-spot, as it bears some comparison to the female G-spot.
